We want you to love your results. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on our service.
Merchant of Record
Purchases made through our checkout are sold by Polar Software Inc acting as the Merchant of Record. Refunds approved by us are processed by Polar to the original payment method, and your receipts/invoices are issued by Polar. Timing of refund postings depends on your payment provider.
30‑day refund window
- No‑questions‑asked refunds (no generations used): If you have not generated any photos yet, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No explanation is required.
- Refunds after generation (usage started): If you have generated photos, you may still request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please include a brief explanation of what did not meet your expectations (e.g., quality, likeness, artifacts). Depending on usage and the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund rather than a full refund.
Refunds are discretionary and intended to ensure fair treatment. Abuse (e.g., extensive usage followed by refund requests) may lead to denial of refunds and account actions.
How to request a refund
Use the Request Refund button in your account to open the in‑app form. This ensures we can automatically locate your order and usage details. If you cannot access your account, email us at [email protected] from the email associated with your account and include:
- Your order ID or payment receipt
- The email address of your account
- If you generated photos: a short description of the issue and, if possible, sample outputs illustrating the problem
Refund method and timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase by Polar Software Inc (Merchant of Record).
- Refund processing times vary by provider. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after we confirm approval.
- All refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Exchange rate differences and bank fees are outside our control.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, access to the Service may be temporarily restricted while the matter is reviewed.
Fair use and abuse prevention
- We may deny or limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., extensive usage followed by refund requests, multiple repeated refund requests, chargeback abuse).
- We may request additional information to verify your request and investigate quality issues so we can improve the product.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended during the investigation. We are happy to resolve issues directly and promptly via our support channel.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are an EEA/UK consumer, you may have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. You lose this right once delivery of the digital content begins after your express consent and acknowledgment. We request this consent at checkout. This statutory right is separate from our 30‑day commercial refund commitment.
